President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Temitola Adekunle-Johnson as Special Adviser (SAD) on Job Creation & MSME (Office of the Vice President) and Mrs. Uju Anwuka as Senior Special Assistant on Public Health (Office of the Vice President).
The appointments reaffirm the administration’s commitment to key policy areas, particularly job creation, MSME development, and public health.
Prior to these new roles, Mr. Adekunle-Johnson and Mrs. Anwuka served in similar capacities within the Vice President’s office. As Senior Special Assistant, Mr. Adekunle-Johnson spearheaded initiatives like the Expanded National MSME Clinics and the Shared Facility Initiative, aimed at boosting small businesses.
Similarly, Mrs. Anwuka has led efforts to combat malnutrition and hunger, particularly in vulnerable communities, overseeing the implementation of the Nutrition 774 Initiative.
Their latest appointments take immediate effect.
