Sex enhancement rugs found in the hotel room


A 40-year old man, Paul Okwudili, is alleged to have died in Plus View Hotel, Onitsha, from consumption of sex enhancement drugs.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Superintendent of Police, Haruna Mohammed made this known in a statement, adding that the hotel manager reported to the Divisional Police Station in Onitsha, that Okwudili, a resident of Ogboliolosi, off Awka Road, Onitsha, presumedly lodged a lady In the hotel.

After a short while, the lady rushed out screaming for help and the management of the hotel went to the room and noticed the man wheezing for air. He was quickly rushed to St Charles Boromeo Hospital, Onitsha for medical attention, but was confirmed dead on arrival, DOA by a medical doctor on duty.

Police detectives visited the hotel to take photographs of the victim; and noticed that there was no evidence of violence in the room. The pack of the enhancement drugs was however found in the hotel room.

The girl has remained in police custody, pending the conclusion of investigations.
