Nigeria Records 389 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Now 8733 As Deaths Rise To 254

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 389 new cases of COVID-19.

NCDC released the latest figures on Thursday night with Lagos recording 256 cases.

There was at least one case recorded in 22 cases across Nigeria.

Deaths have now risen to 254 while recoveries are 2501 at the moment.

Lagos has about 50% of the total cases of COVID-19 in the country.

Kogi, which has not been testing patients also recorded two COVID-19 cases, for the first form since the onset of the pandemic.
