Tottenham uncovered this in an announcement on their official site on Wednesday.
It stated: “We have been educated by the Premier League that we have gotten one positive test for COVID-19.
“Because of clinical privacy, the person’s name won’t be unveiled.
“They are as of now asymptomatic and will now self-detach for seven days, in accordance with Premier League convention, before experiencing further testing.”
The Premier League will continue the 2019/20 season from June 17.
